1. Franklin Recreation Complex - When it's summer time in Tennessee, you'll find everybody at the pool. One of the most popular pools is the Franklin Recreation Complex. Built primarily for children 6 and under, this space is perfect for getting all the wiggles and energy out. With a huge indoor treehouse, pretend play land, and a seperate baby section, it's a great place to play! Did we mention it has wifi and coffee for parents? 4. Leipers Fork Lawnchair Theatre - Bring a few lawn chairs or a blanket to sit down onto the ground and enjoy an outdoor movie at Leiper's Fork Lawnchair Theatre! This unique event is located at The Leipers Creek Art Gallery on Friday nights, starting at dusk! They play family friendly movies and have delicious local produce to eat with burgers and hotdogs! 5.Third Coast Clay - Do you have a family of little artists? Look no further than Third Coast Clay, located in The Factory at Franklin! This magical shop will have the entire family picking out a piece of pottery to paint! If you're here visiting or on vacation, no problem, they can ship your pieces to you when you go home! Come on in and enjoy the relaxation of painting pottery in Franklin, TN!
